Open once and evaluate all 180 cells

Encode one clean gallery and the novel query union for clean plus nine corruptions. Export two immutable role-specific query caches per condition and verify that primary rows are the exact ordered subset of exact-official rows. Verify ten query-condition encodings plus one gallery encoding yield 21 role-specific pre-head files, with no repeated encoding per head.

Apply all nine final heads to the clean gallery and every query role/condition. Produce top-1, MRR, R@5 and per-query ranks for three methods × three seeds × ten conditions × two query definitions. Reuse nine clean gallery projections; retain all 180 role-specific query projections and integrity checks.

Independently regenerate cell metrics from ranks, validate every cross-binding and retain all failures/retries. Retry only the identical authorized operations; preserve any post-opening defect as a disclosed limitation.
