Complete the execution path and preselection evidence

Immutable panel IDs/hashes, invariant/repeatability receipts and full-query damage denominators for all nine conditions.

Geometry job 8028081 previously passed the fixed 40-base/43-total panel, exact identity/nesting/missingness checks, two fresh-process repeats, and fixture coverage for absent invalid-own-scale/all-missing cases. The passed corruption completion receipt was written October 12 at 18:31:21.614571 UTC; its review independently recomputed all nine complete 18,929-row geometry summaries from ordered allocated telemetry. Every condition has 18,929 finite rows, zero undefined and zero zero-damage rows, with 38,605,963 originally observed joint-frame/person locations. Each jitter condition used fallback 0 of 18,929 queries; the original training-only value 0.6601371765136719 and evidence binding remain unchanged. All 927 evidence bindings, 135 commands, 67 GPU preflights, 358 resource samples and both seals passed. Release 731938a and its completion/regeneration workflow are verified. SCC job 8028010 passed 41 full command/rehearsal checks; job 8028071 passed 84 supplementary checks with no failures, errors or skips. Successor preparation preserved all eight manifest byte identities and scientific settings. Actual dependence tables were independently rehashed and matched to the locked manifests: 18,929 development queries and 18,884 primary novel query IDs, each across 20 actions. Only metadata was inspected; real seals remained intact. The fixed analysis/interpretation path is complete. BLOCKED, October 22: accepted baseline/geometry job 8189505 took 219 scheduler seconds and passed its geometry-only 1 GiB storage increment; this does not establish campaign capacity. October 18 admission was missed. Measure remaining scientific work, full admission and independent recertification, retained/remaining storage, CPU/GPU windows and researcher work with queue/setup and at least 25% slack. Preserve the 200 GiB reserve plus 1.25 times remaining peak bytes, November 29 final locks, December 6 compute and protected December 7–18 delivery. Selection and closure remain gated; actual time remains unreported.
